This is a wonderful, gentle technique.


EFT can help with a wide variety of things, ranging from anxiety, stress, weight issues, physical aches and pains, to general emotional issues, limiting beliefs, allergies, phobias and addictions. 


I will show you how to tap gently on points on the outside of your body, which echo the energy channels or 'meridians' within your body.

EFT enables us easily, safely, and gently, to respond to what our bodies are trying to tell us.

It's been described as a fusion of talking therapy and acupuncture without the needles!

It works wonders.

When your energies are in balance, you are healthy, and you feel good, vibrant, and enthusiastic about life. When your energies are blocked and not in harmony, you feel tired and lethargic, and your immune system is more vulnerable to depression and illness.
